GENERAL INFORMATION: The V-7 pumps are adjustable positive displacement proportioning pumps designed for metering non-corrosive liquids to pressures of 100 PSI. The pump is powered by a 1/20 HP, 115 volt, single phase ball bearing TEFC gear motor. Each pump is furnished with a polyethylene foot valve, polyethylene injection nozzle, wall mounting bracket and tubing. The attention and maintenance required on the pumps are extremely low due to minimum wear achieved by special design principles. Metering adjustment from 0 to maximum capacity is simple and quickly accomplished without shut down.
CONSTRUCTION: The metering end of the pump is furnished in a heavy one-piece cast iron casing which is in-line precision machined for the slide arm assembly, piston, bearing, packing and outboard bearing support. Spring loaded chevron packing with a grease gland is self adjusting. Double stainless steel check valves with 3/8 male tapered pipe threads are standard. Shipping weight 24 lbs.
