Description
Solid form, all-in-one boiler water treatment for SOFTENED or HARD* water make-up application
* < 20 ppm total hardness in feedwater
Function
This is a proprietary boiler water treatment containing corrosion inhibitors, scale control agents, alkalinity builders, and cyclohexylamine/DEAE blend for steam line protection. All components conform to FDA Title 21, Section 173 Boiler Water Additives.
Application/Feedrate
Dosed at 80 ppm, 1 lb of product treats approximately 12,500 lbs of boiler blowdown. 1 case (48 lbs) is equivalent to 30 gallons of a conventional liquid product (approximately 300 lbs). Liquid equivalent comparative values will vary, dependent upon concentration.
