they last about 1.5 years the screen starts to go out have bought about 3 over the last 3 years will try a different one this time..........OUR RESPONSE: Kyle, checking your email address against our customer list, I do not see that you have been our customer. Never the less, I will post your review and email you a personal response. 1. I called Advantage Controls about your complaint. They are unaware of this defect and would like to see these meters. 2. These meters have a two year manufacturer's warranty. You can return the three defective meters, get three new ones, and Advantage Controls will even pay the shipping costs both ways. They back up everything they sell. That is why we deal with them. If you need some help returning these, provide us with your shipping address and phone number along with the serial numbers on the three Hantrons, and we will help you initiate the exchange.
