The MegaTron XS Model # XSCE makes continuous monitoring and control of industrial boiler water systems easy with a user friendly ATM style menu and a large 16 line full graphic display that allows complete programming from the keypad. Using a simple system approach an individual MegaTron XS can be specifically configured with the functions your application requires. The XSCE (featured here) will control Cooling Tower conductivity, and has a flow switch.

Note 1. With a known water Conductivity can be correlated to TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) by using serial dilutions and measuring directly the conductivity of each solution. There are also standard tables available that display the condutivity of various concentrations of either sodium chloride (NaCl) or sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄). The Myron L Corporation has even created their own "442 Natural Water Standard" to address this problem. But there really is no uniformity in "Natural Water". As an estimate some people simply use a multiplier that ranges between 0.6 and 0.7 TDS per microS/cm.
