The rugged (10% price discounted) LBC boiler sample cooler provides a safe method of withdrawing water samples from high temperature or pressure applications. This product is also sometimes referred to as a cooling coil or heat exchanger.
The LBC counter flow heat exchanger is easy to install with mounting brackets provided. The 316 stainless steel inner coils one piece construction provides long term durability.
This sample cooler has a carbon steel shell with a 316 stainless steel coil. The shell is rated to a 250 PSI maximum and the coil to a 2500 PSI maximum. The hot water fittings are 1/4 inch NPT 316 Stainless Steel, and the cold water fittings are 3/8 inch NPT Steel. The total unit weight is 14 pounds.
