BLUE-TRAQ is a briquette form of cooling water treatment that can be easily applied to small cooling towers using a floating feeder which is placed in the tower sump. To use all you need to do is load the feeder with the 3 inch diameter tablet and place the feeder in th tower sump. Then adjust the opening on the feeder to maintain the water color between the two blue colors on the product label. These two colors represent the minimum and maximum recommended dosage range for the product. This product is designed for use in small systems where conventional dosing equipment is not available. It contains an effective multifunctional anti-scaling and yellow metal corrosion inhibitor. These are also marketed as Duro-Slow Tablets or DuroSlow Tablets.

This is truely LOW COST Do It Yourself (DIY) water treatment for small cooling towers. Now, with a minimal investmen you can treat your cooling tower.

 Dosing:

• In a typical 25-ton tower system, operating at 4 cycles, one tablet will last approx. 3 weeks. If the water is darker than the dark standard (see standards shaded area called "Blue" on the label) or if excessive foaming appears, reduce the number of tablets or increase bleed-rate. Add more tablets when color fades (to the color of the shaded area called "Traq" on the label). As an alternative feed method, tablets can also be placed in a fine net bag to suspend in the tower.
