Description: These Agitators have stainless steel shafts and impellors and are available in geared drive models rated at 100 RPM (1/4 HP), and 288 RPM (1/3 HP) and in direct drive models rated at 1750 RPM (1/4 HP).

Description: We provide a variety of chemical feed pumps capable of pumping all of our chemicals. These pumps come in different pressures and flow rates, and have different wet ends to accommodate the feed of aggressive and less aggressive chemicals. There are programmable options which allow some of these pumps to double as programmable conductivity controllers, pH controllers, ORP controllers, or biocide timers for those who are on a tight budget.

Description: Our Controllers such as the Megatron (shown here) can monitor pH, ORP, Conductivity, water flows, chemical flows, and maintain histories of all functions including access or attempted access to the controller itself. It has multi level passwords for different echelons of access. It can communicate via the internet or by phone. It is fully programmable with up to 20 relay circuits available, which allow it to control multiple cooling towers or multiple boilers. It has an intuitive ATM type key pad that is extremely easy to use.

Description: We provide Corporation Stops primarily for the injection of amines to the steam header or for the injection of sulfuric acid to a cooling water line. We also provide Stainless steel injection quills for chelant addition, in-line mixers for viscous solutions and quick release injection tees and manifolds for a variety of uses.

Deposit Monitors (Portable): - Purchase Product Now!!
Description: This portable tester (also known as a test heat exchanger) monitors the deposition and corrosion characteristics of cooling water systems. Deposit sampling is performed by increasing the rate of deposition in a specimen tube with a cartridge heater. Corrosion is monitored with a corrosion coupon.

Dissolving Boards for EnduroSolv Products:
Description: The SolvUltima Dissolving boards such as the one shown here are used to dissolve the EnduroSolv Solid-Products so they can be fed in to the water system to be treated. The new boards require no electrical hook ups since all of the solenoids are powered by water level control from within the board. Only a water line is required.

Description: Filters, Pot and Shot Feeder and combination Filter/Feeders come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Filters are usually recommended to be used in side stream applications for hot or chilled closed systems or for open cooling tower water systems. Description: The FloTracker is a relatively new device which allows you to monitor and record actual chemical flow from a chemical feed pump. This product works exceptionally well when used in conjunction with our high-end controllers such as the Megatron for inventory management, mass balance calculations, or loss of prime notification.
Glycol Feeders: - Purchase Product Now!!
Description: The glycol feeder maintains a consistent pressure in a closed loop system automatically allowing for expansion and contraction of glycol at 100%. The feeder is constructed on a rugged painted steel frame with a polyethylene tank, high flow feed pump, prewired controller, low level cutoff alarm and preplumbed piping assembly with pressure gauge, pressure sensor, back check and relief valve. Digital models digitally display the actual pressure of the loop and have a user settable control point for pump activation and pressure relief making start-up and operation easy.

Liquid Level Controllers:
Description: The liquid level alarm controllers prevent chemical metering pumps from pumping dry and give an alarm notification of a low chemical level. Each unit is prewired and has a relay output test switch plus LED indicator lights to indicate power, alarm and control. Two output relays are standard, one for control and low level alarm. Various length liquid level wands are provided with a sturdy mounting fitting that is easily adjusted to your desired low level alarm point.
Piston Pumps:
Description: These pumps are positive displacement piston type metering pumps with pressure ratings up to 1000 psig. A simple 56C flange mounted 1/4 HP TEFC motor combined with a heavy duty oil filled continuous duty speed reducer provides reliable long life. The pumps are available in outputs up to 144 GPD at 1000 PSIG.

Description: This sample cooler has a carbon steel shell with a 316 stainless steel coil. The shell is rated to a 250 PSI maximum and the coil to a 2500 PSI maximum. The hot water fittings are 1/4” NPT 316 Stainless Steel, and the cold water fittings are 3/8 ” NPT Steel. The total unit weight is 14 pounds.

Wall Mounted Units:
Description: We provide customized full size wall mount panels to simplify the installation of water treatment equipment. This saves time, money and gives a high quality professional appearance. Panels include 1 to 4 sample streams with isolation valves, line strainer, back check and sample valve. Units come ready to operate with your separately ordered controller, pumps and bleed valve(s) installed and pre-wired.
Water Meters and Hall Effect Paddle Wheels: - Purchase Product Now!!
Description: These water meters come in a variety of sizes and flow rates. They can have contacting heads or not. We also have Hall Effect paddle wheels (not shown) for applications where pipe diameter makes a water meter cost prohibitive. The water meters are typically tied in to a chemical feed timer or controller with built in timing circuits for controlling chemical feed proportional to make up. For low budget operations they can be tied into a programmable pump that is also shown on this page.
